But with the development of China’s hot spring tourism, the single or the identical mode can not meet the needs of the higher level of popular tourists.This article is aimed at the topic of hot spring leisure vacation tourism development, finished the theories and the relevant literatures.Then the market situation of hot spring tourist is analyzed through the questionnaire of Xi’an and Jinhua, Grasping the basic characteristics and the demand of new products of hot spring tourism. Drawing on the experience of the influence factors of the development of many hot spring tourism destination, construct the evaluation index system of the impact factors of hot spring tourism destination development.Using AHP analysis method to determine the weight of each index.The weight of each factor in hot spring tourism development was obtained to determine the importance degree of each factor.Then compared the typical model of the development of hot spring tourism at home and abroad, in order to learn from the experience of foreign development and find the lack of understanding of China’s development. Finally, two new concept models are constructed of hot spring resort for the popular tourists.One is"wellness" of hot spring leisure health mode, another is the integration of hot spring and cultural industry of leisure vacation travel mode.According to the current situation of China’s hot spring tourism market and based on the two angles of tourists and tourist destination, which selected the feasibility analysis of the new conceptual model of Wuyi Zhejiang and Xi’an Huaqing hot Spring, which are different from the resource endowment and regional difference.These theories can provide a new idea for the development of hot spring tourism in China. This paper mainly has the following conclusions:(1) Because of hot spring own advantages in resource and basic functions, make it become an important resource for relying on the tourism and leisure.The development has great value and significance for the social, economic, cultural and others, so it becomes an important field development of the tourism industry in the future.(2) Through the market survey questionnaire analysis of hot spring tourism, it is found that tourists have great interest in hot spring leisure and vacation tourism, and the degree of leisure is generally higher, especially in the elderly. For hot spring tourism products demand, tourists also put forward higher requirements, is no longer simply bathing, rehabilitation, sightseeing, but rose to the pursuit of hot spring culture connotation, the higher level of spa experience.Therefore, the development of new products and innovative format are particularly important.(3) Using the AHP hierarchy analysis method to evaluate the impact factors of hot spring tourism destination. It is concluded that the objective aspects of the main core is the sports health, health is the attract tourists to the main factors,and subjective factors focuses on experience and cultural atmosphere, both ranking are located in the precedent. Culture is the soul of a nation, and the research on the culture of hot spring tourism in our country is in the weak link. Based on the analysis of the tourist market and expert scoring, that cultural mining and leisure health is the inevitable trend of the development of hot springs tourism and an important direction.(4) Compared with the typical cases of hot spring tourism destination development mode, Found that the existing traditional model and the simple copy of the modern model can not fully meet the increasing popularity of tourists. Mainly in infrastructure, tourism projects, playgrounds, throughout the building are very similar, there is no unique local characteristics, can not give visitors an unforgettable experience, and tourist groups market segmentation is not enough, the tourism destination is not targeted for the project design, the lack of human nature, not to be the core of humanism. These make the hot spring tourism to "Baiquan as only one".(5) Summarize above of many kinds analysis and research, the author from concept to construct two new modes of hot spring leisure vacation travel:"wellness" of hot spring leisure health mode and the integration of hot spring and cultural industry of leisure vacation travel mode. Finally, the hot spring of Xi’an Huaqing and Wuyi Zhejiang, are selected as an example to verify the feasibility of the concept model.Due to the limited by region, capital, time and manpower conditions, the paper can not make a full investigation for our country’s many hot spring tourism, only selected Xi’an City, Jinhua City and industrial development report data as covering China’s hot spring tourism market present situation, so the number of samples is small, its content is not careful. The new conceptual models can not do more detailed and in-depth analysis. |
