The Study On The Development Of Leisure Agriculture In Wuhan

With the development of society’s economy and the improvement of people’s income, people are seeking for the material life but they put more emphasis on spiritual life. At the same time, the city’s environment are seriously polluted and life pressure are deeper than before, therefore citizens are more willing to embrace the nature. Leisure agriculture can not only satisfy city dweller’s yearn for the clean environment but also transfer the country’s surplus labor. It can also improve peasant’s income, so it has good potential in China. Foreign countries’and Taiwan district’s leisure agriculture are already mature than our country’s. They set a good example for us.Wuhan is in the center of China. Mid-Yangtze River and Han River meets at here. It not only has bountiful agriculture resources, but has powerful education of science strength. At the present, leisure agriculture in Wuhan is still in initial development period. Compared with advanced countries such as Italy、French and Japan, our country’s leisure agriculture is fall behind. It has some problems during the development for example: deficiency of infrastructure、poor management、poor education of employer and so on. These existing problems seriously block the development of Wuhan’s leisure agriculture.The paper start from the concept of leisure agriculture and then summarize some theories. Then the writer use "SWOT" analytical approach, which includes four aspects strength、weakness、opportunity and threat. The writer will use this approach to analysis the leisure agriculture and bring forward some practical suggestions for Wuhan leisure agriculture.
