At present, enterprise performance management has attracted more and more attention of enterprise managers. With the passage of time, more and more enterprises, especially small non enterprise of this profound understanding, enterprise management performance, effectiveness is important for their own development, good performance is key factor of enterprise development, resulting in large and medium-sized enterprises in the countries all over the world attention. For the enterprise, whether to have the sustainable and stable benefit is the key reason that the enterprise can not be balanced development.This article first defines the definition of performance management, lists the related theory and characteristics of performance management performance management. Then introduced W company from 2013 to 2014 enterprise management status, the status of the organizational structure of the company and the progress state of the performance appraisal, by way of data analysis and found some of the problems faced in the company performance management process. Analyze the existing reasons, and led by the company, involved in the project, for the introduction of the performance evaluation method of grass-roots projects and at the grassroots level choice representative projects, by 2015 annual performance core index tracking, reached no increase in staff and realized the value of rapid growth, the drop in funding, the quality and safety of realized stable and controllable.
