To decrease the electricity demand of Yuncheng electricity customers on the peak summer period, reduce the local power brownouts happened, and further improve the economic load rate in power system and operation, I actively explore ways and methods of reform of Yuncheng power demand Side management mode. In the current trial of the residents of the peak and valley price mechanism constantly adjust and optimize, we fully tap potential of moving the peak to fill the valley of the residents, in order to achieve the maximization of social, grid enterprises and users benefit.In this paper, analyzing the characteristics of electric of Yuncheng residential electricity customers, describing the necessity of implementing the time-of-use price residential electricity customers, discussing more in-depth time-of-use price principles, influencing factors and problems of time-of-use price in practice, establishing a price ranking function related to public users and user response model, fitting the load in the different period of time, I find the optimal pricing scheme proposed for Yuncheng. Finally, I introduce innovative ideas that is to implement interruptible price management of agricultural drainage and irrigation users, in order to improve the reliability and economy of power system operation.Along with our country steadily sells to the electricity side reform, orderly social capital releasing placing electrical business, sale of electricity market competition will be more liberalization in the future. Excellent the electric power demand side management can enhance the competitiveness of the sale of electricity companies and save the power resource. Users can spend less on electricity consumption, but also to improve the social environment. It has far-reaching significance to social and economic sustainable development.
