In 2004 the domestic photovoltaic industry entered a period of rapid development,solar photovoltaic products manufacturers have expanded production capacity,in order to expand market share.At that time the prosperity of the solar PV market played a role in fueling the photovoltaic industry.But in 2010,due to overcapacity,Europe and the United States,a series of reasons,such as double photovoltaic led to the cold winter,a large number of photovoltaic manufacturers closed down.After a few years,with the country's standardized management of photovoltaic manufacturing industry and the two-sided promotion of photovoltaic manufacturing and application,the photovoltaic industry has gradually recovered.At the same time,it has also opened a revolution in the photovoltaic manufacturing equipment market.The change will be guided by technological innovation,driven by efficient solar output,drive efficient solar cell applications,and help the PV industry develop healthily and healthily.GS solar has many years of testing experience in solar equipment manufacturing process,how they rely on independent research and development of the amorphous silicon thin film,CIGS thin film and high efficient single mono-crystalline hetero-junction with solar production equipment technological innovation to improve market competitiveness is a crucial problem of strategy.This paper combines the theory of technological innovation with the status of technological innovation of GS Company,and adopts the theoretical framework of technological innovation strategy which includes "the internal and external environment analysis of enterprise strategy,the formulation of enterprise technology innovation strategy,and the implementation and guarantee of enterprise technology innovation strategy ".Firstly,it analysis GS Company's macro-environment through the application of PEST analysis and matrix analysis,in order to clear and definite GS Company's technological innovation advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.Then,in combination with the actual situation of its own enterprises,it puts forward the CVTC technology innovation strategy of GS Company,including cooperation alliance and cost leadership,vertical integration strategy,and technological control.The main contents include the company through the cooperation of strategic alliance to other companies and research institutes to carry out technical cooperation,in the meantime,the rapid expansion of the scale of the company to absorb the high-end talent to accelerate the progress of technological innovation in solar energy research and development company,and combined with the advantages of scale,the formation of the company to expand the scale,technological innovation,equipment updating such a cycle the cost leadership strategy,to achieve a new leap.In addition,the company will improve the level of solar energy technology innovation through vertical integration strategy of alliances and self built companies,which is an important and fast way to promote existing technology innovation.At the same time,the company has its own independent intellectual property rights of equipment and process technology innovation to enhance the overall competitiveness of photovoltaic equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad.Finally,the implementation of technology innovation strategy is guaranteed from the aspects of technology research and development,investment,talent introduction and patent protection.
