With the Internet technology and intelligent terminal high popularity, the communication of people consumption behavior is the most notable features of transition from the former voice consumption for mobile data traffic consumption. For three telecom operators in China, the mobile data traffic business will be the future main source of income. But the policy about "Facilitating Faster and More Affordable Internet Connection" puts forward new requirements on mobile data traffic business. The M company as one of Ningxia telecom operators, has superior wireless network technology, the big data analysis technology and the large of data traffic business customers. With the various environment changing, the M company has to fully transform the technical advantages and customer advantages into the profit of the mobile data traffic, in order to enhance the value of the data traffic business and customers.In this paper, according to the actual situation of the mobile data traffic in M company, combined with 4V, the 4R marketing theories and CCDV-TP analysis model and big data analysis method, to find the problems existing in the data traffic business of the M company, such as the low efficiency of inter organizational information communication, single products etc. By improving M company marketing management strategy, to realize the data traffic business differentiation, sophisticated operations, business model innovation, to improve the competitiveness of the company in the Internet era.
