The advent of the Internet era leads to the optimization and upgrading of traditional industries. The timeliness, interaction and less costs of e-commerce greatly have changed the original trade. In addition to the traditional economic challenges, it also brings new opportunities. Currently, both the e-commerce businesses and traditional businesses are actively laying out of agricultural commerce. Although E-commerce for the agricultural products sales has developed in a large-scale, the agricultural farmers, as the main producers, did not use the e-commerce a lot, which is related to their low education and ages, and also due to the seasonality of agricultural products and other regional particularity. Because agricultural products are always in different regions, the development of e-commerce should focus differently parts. So, how to help farmers grasp the opportunity of e-commerce policy, and make the most effectively agricultural e-commerce is very important for driving the rural economy and solving the "Three Rural Issues" and further narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas.Based on the above background, I studied the agricultural production and sale of farmers from Jinzhong City. According to their development status questionnaire, it described the characteristics and affected factors of agricultural households, and found out the problems. Based on learning from the successful experience in agricultural products e-commerce of foreign countries, it provided some practical suggestions, as well as the relevant policies to promote the e-commerce development for agricultural products in Jinzhong City.
