| Farmland transition can reduce land fragmentation and solve the problem of uncultivated farmland which exists in rural pastoral area of Inner Mongolia, to a certain degree. It is an effective way to allocate land resources and improve the efficiency of land use, which will promote the economy and the development of the society in rural pastoral area. Farming and grazing households is the main role in land transition behavior and its behavior has the major impact in rural pastoral land transition. Farming and grazing households land transition behavior is affected by many factors together. It is no doubt that to study the effect of these factors on the land transition has a significant effect on the development of farmland transition.Based on the summary of peasant household behavior theory, land transition, on the basis of using a survey data, sampling to select 1332 farming and grazing households investigation object in the 11 city of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, the empirical research on farming and grazing households land transition behavior. In theoretical analysis and put forward the analysis based on the assumption of the model, build multinomial logistic regression model to empirical analysis, explore the main factors influencing the farming and grazing households land transition behavior.The results show that the householder age, degree of family contracted land area, the multiple occupations as well as the geographical location is significant influencing factors of land circulation behavior of the rural pastoral area of Inner Mongolia farming and grazing households; Land transition of the average rent, whether to join cooperation organization of farming and grazing households into land behavior influence was not significant; head of the household education years, head of the household is village cadres, had no significant influence on the land transition behavior. |
