The Study On The Spatial Distribution Of Hotels In Kunming

Since reform and opening up, the national economy of our country has been developing rapidly, so the tourism does. The living standard of people continuously improved, and a variety of business and trade more frequently. Due to the above reasons, the industry of the hotels has been developing booming. As the administrative center of Yunnan province, Kunming is rich in tourism resources, and the tourism industry developed. Hotel, as an important part of urban space, is a sign of ability of tourism. So explore the spatial distribution characteristics of hotels in Kunming has both practical and theoretical significance for the planning and the development of tourism.The paper, based on the data of the hotels in Kunming and with the support of R, explore the spatial distribution characteristics of hotels in Kunming using the method of spatial statistics. We have obtained the following conclusions:(1) The hotel in Kunming has the deviation in the spatial distribution, and it presents the northwest- southeast direction deviation. The budget hotel is more obvious than others hotel.(2) The paper explored the spatial distribution characteristics of hotels in Kunming with the method of spatial statistics, such as NNI and function analysis. We can find that the spatial distribution of hotels in Kunming present the aggregation pattern.(3) Studying the spatial distribution of hotels in Kunming of five-star hotel, four-star hotel, three-star hotel and the budget hotel. We can find that the spatial distribution of hotels in Kunming present the aggregation pattern, and the lower the star, the more hotels it has.
