Yunnan has a vast territory and abundant solar energy resources, which is very suitable for the construction of distributed photovoltaic power generation system.Based on the survey of the development of distributed PV in Yunnan Province, this paper finds out the problems of distributed PV in Yunnan province. Through the research of distributed photovoltaic power generation related policies and PV industry development status, with the Yunnan Province solar energy resources, and the price level of the electric power market transaction progress, according to the project of electricity generating capacity of the nature of electricity, subdivision of different types of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects, and to estimate the parameters of the corresponding price, power, construction investment.
