Solar energy resources are widely used in the world because of its universality,universality,cleanness and no pollution.China is rich in solar energy resources.Therefore,large-scale investment in solar power generation industry is an important measure to adjust the energy consumption structure and promote the development of green economy.With the support of national policies,the development of social economy and the breakthrough of technological innovation,more and more investors invest in photovoltaic power generation projects to promote the development of photovoltaic industry.The installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation is rising rapidly,but it also brings a series of problems.On the one hand,the blind investment and expansion of investors lead to the problem of overcapacity and aggravate the damage to the ecological environment;On the other hand,the investment benefit can not reach the expected goal,resulting in economic losses to investors.Therefore,based on the life cycle theory,this paper studies the economic and environmental benefits of photovoltaic power generation.On the one hand,it provides investors with investment decision-making suggestions to increase the income of investors on the basis of improving the feasibility of photovoltaic power generation projects;On the other hand,it is of great significance to the promotion of renewable energy projects,the improvement of photovoltaic power generation technology and the protection of ecological environment.To sum up,this paper mainly includes the following parts:Firstly,based on the life cycle theory,the cost of each stage of photovoltaic power generation is defined and the relevant theories of cost calculation are analyzed.Based on the analysis of the operation characteristics and relevant theories of photovoltaic power generation system,three main factors affecting the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation are analyzed;Then,it combs the investment status of photovoltaic power generation projects from four aspects:installed capacity scale,investment cost,distributed photovoltaic development and policy impact.On this basis,combined with the actual situation,it summarizes the existing problems of photovoltaic power generation projects from four aspects.Then,aiming at these problems,this paper analyzes the necessity of studying the economic and environmental benefits of photovoltaic power generation projects based on the life cycle theory.Secondly,based on the analysis of the economic cost and benefit of photovoltaic power generation project the economic benefit model is constructed;Based on the analysis of environmental costs and environmental benefits,the economic benefit model is constructed as the basis for the economic analysis and sensitivity analysis of photovoltaic power generation projects.Finally,through the case analysis of a roof distributed photovoltaic project in H City,the net present value,investment payback period and internal rate of return of the project are calculated respectively under the condition of considering environmental benefits.The results show that the project is investable and can bring positive cash flow to investors.Under the condition of considering environmental benefits,the net present value of the project increases,the investment payback period decreases and the internal rate of return increases.Therefore,considering environmental benefits is more conducive to increase the overall benefits of the project.Then,the sensitivity analysis of relevant indicators of economic and environmental benefits of a roof distributed photovoltaic in H city is carried out.It is found that the sensitivity coefficient from high to low is power generation,initial investment,loan interest rate and carbon emission trading price.Finally,combining the existing problems of the previous investment in photovoltaic power generation projects with the results of case studies,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from the perspectives of investors and relevant policymaking. |
