As the efficiency of the enterprise culture constantly, and more and more enterprises strive to build their own enterprise culture. Enterprise value is the core of enterprise culture, is a decisive factor for enterprises to achieve sustainable development, and the staff values from a certain extent determines the effectiveness of the enterprise values. For staff values guide, promote enterprise efficiency of the research abroad ahead, began in the 1980s, is now quite mature management model, and has been proved in many companies, such as General Electric, Wal-mart, HP and so on. However, for foreign enterprise culture management model can not be directly used for the development of local enterprises in China, must be shaped, the development of China’s enterprises to develop enterprise culture, enterprise values. Domestic scholars on the basis of foreign scholars theory research combined with China’s national conditions for the combination of enterprise culture and enterprise management, staff values and enterprise values in such aspects as the matching of the exploration and research, and also got practice in local companies in China, such as Haier enterprise culture.Study on the domestic and foreign research on staff values, although there have been a lot of achievements, but there are still some blank area, such as the electric power enterprises under the new situation, the enterprise culture how to shape the staff individual behavior, how to deal with the electric power system reform, etc. This study of Yunnan Power Grid subordinate D Power Supply Department as an example, explore the research electric power enterprises face under the pressure of the power system reform, how to the perspective from the staff and the enterprise values play to the efficiency of enterprise culture, enterprise values oriented building staff values, affect their work behavior and performance, so as to promote the development of the enterprise, to fulfill the social responsibility for research, puts forward relevant strategies and Suggestions for enterprise management.
