A Study On The Effect Of Our Country's Regional Cultures On The Ethic Values Of Enterprise

In the two decades after the policy of reform and opening, the prosperity of Zhejiang economy attracted the attention from the mass. A lot of specialists were dedicated in analyzing the complication of the Zhejiang Phenomenon, and their researches indicated that the spirit of 'new Zheshang' is the vital element. Xiaomin Liang, a famous economist ever stated that the spiritual vantage is the best advantage of the Zhejiang merchants. With the changes of age, the business model of creation and operation of the 'new Zheshang' will be changed, but the precious qualities which were well rooted into the hearts of the 'new Zheshang' will be there forever. The spirit of 'new Zheshang' is the cultural soul concluded from the business practice in the past two decades, and it also is the flourishing cultural tick-tock of Zhejiang economy.As a cultural category whose extension stands between social culture and organizational culture, regional culture plays a role as the medium in the process of communicating and infiltrating. On the one hand, regional culture absorbs and inherits the social culture's feature, and the intercommunity among the regional cultures in one nation hastens and keeps a nation as a whole; on the other hand, regional culture provides a microcosmic cultural environment for the organizational culture, and constitutes the cultural soil for the formation and evolution of the organizational culture and especially its value, in addition to this, it can exert some indirect influence on the ethical values of enterprise, which is the core and essential of enterprise culture.This author began with the study of the 'new Zheshang' as a whole, then attempted to analyze the special influence of the regional culture form various factors in the growing of 'new Zheshang'. Then she explored and summarized the feature of the ethic value of 'new Zheshang' enterprise form a comparative study, thereby made clear the influencing mechanism of regional culture, and attempted to give some feasible suggestions for the development of 'new Zheshang' enterprise.In the introduction part of the article, the author has transferred the research origin, the significance, the research technique and the literature summary. The main text will be divided into four parts to state the details.In the first part, the author outlined the growing process of 'new Zheshang' and analyzed its contributors. The author managed to give a clear definition for 'new Zheshang' by using the predecessor's research as a source of reference, and then described the growing process of 'new Zheshang' and made clear its historical background and social origin. Apart from this, the author also surveyed the status of 'new Zheshang' by putting it in the background of reform and opening and economic developing of our country.In the second part, the author observed and explored the unique ethic view of enterprise by comparing with different regions. The author began with defining the ethic view of enterprise, and then inspected the factors which influence its formation and evolvement one by one, thereby inspected the unique ethic view of enterprise of 'new Zheshang' which emerged from influence of modern 'Zhejiang Spirit 'by comparing with the other historical and modern regional businessman unit.In the third part, the author illuminated and analyzed regional cultures and the mutual involvement among them. The author began with proving the core status of the ethic view of enterprise in the enterprise culture, and then inspected the role that the regional culture plays in the formation and evolvement of enterprise's ethic culture. Apart form this; the author also inspected the influence that the regional culture exerts on the enterprise's ethic view.In the fourth part, the author analyzed and probed into strategic choice of the ethic view of 'new Zheshang'. The author began with detecting the transmutation in the developing process of 'new Zheshang' and their enterprises, and then summarized and illuminated the different ethic view of enterprise among the three generations of 'new Zheshang'. Moreover, the author also observed the impact form other regional culture in the background of interacting among different regional cultures, thus probed into the strategic choice of the ethic views of 'new Zheshang' enterprise.
