Research On Purchasing Management Of HM Company

With the development of economic globalization and information technology, purchasing and supply management has gradually to the core of the enterprise value chain management, become the enterprise management strategy. Procurement is closely related to company strategic decision comprehensive management activities, its role is increasingly highlighted. Efficient purchasing management make for the enterprise to reduce costs, improve the competitiveness of an important means, can make a significant contribution to the development of the enterprise.This article research for HM company’s purchasing management, in order to help HM to optimize purchasing management, reduce cost and improve the efficiency of procurement, and create more economic benefits for HM company, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Firstly, the research status of domestic and foreign procurement management is expounded. Based on the related theories of purchasing management, the Current situation of procurement of the material management of HM company is analyzed at the same time. This paper from the division in purchasing organization, the model of purchase management, procurement bidding, purchasing plan management and supplier management aspects analyzes the HM of the specific problems in purchasing management, and put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions for these problems, to enhance the HM company’s procurement efficiency, control purchasing cost of HM company, and enhance the market competitiveness of HM company.
