In recent years, the industry of environmental protection, energy conservation and emissions reduction work become more important, therefore, D company pay special attention to how to improve the quality^ reduce the cost and improve the happiness of customer.Based on the modern quality improvement technology and quality management methods, D company’s production process as the research object, the present situation of quality management is demonstrated and the quality problems in the process of production is analyzed, in combination with Pareto diagram, finally, the main influence on D company’s product quality is the process of grid casting process. Second, by histogram, pareto diagram to find out the main factors influencing the sheeting casting defects-alloy slag then the research subject is determined. After that, building a team to improve the grid quality, carrying out QC activities, analyzing the cause and effect by diagram, histogram statistics related to technology and quality analysis and improvement tools to affect battery grid alloy slag rate, at last production process parameters were optimized, and the main factors" the person, machine, material, method and surrounding" are measured and verified.
