Tumen City Study On The Existing Problems And Counyermeasures Of Rural Residential Environment Improvement

With the development of political,economic and cultural in the 21st century, people are gradually improving the quality of life, especially the living standards of farmers.Traditional rural in infrastructure has been unable to meet the needs of people on the quality of life.Housing is a basic problem in the livelihood of the people.The government should speed up the improvement f rural living environment to seek benefits for the people.Crossing at the new rural construction achievements in Tumen in recent years, as the focus of the improvement of rural living environment, but many of the problems: in this paper through to the crossing at the rural field investigation and study, analyses the rural residential environment renovation of crossing at the current situation and existing problems, and points out that:crossing at improving agricultural production, rural economic income, farmers living standards improve, rural infrastructure is complete, obviously improved living conditions, life supporting conditions have improved, although made such achievements, there are still obvious deficiencies:Old lag, such as rural planning infrastructure is optional, farmers’environmental consciousness, village health "is widespread, dirty, disorderly and poor rural regulation underfunded, and imperfect management system, etc. All these problems urgently need to get the attention of the government and the public. Research on the rural residential environment renovation of crossing at work, the comprehensive promotion of quality of crossing at the new rural construction is of great significance. This article in rural living environment on the basis of relevant theories, the rural residential environment construction at home and abroad for reference, practice, based on the rural residential environment renovation of crossing at the status, the current problems of restricting the crossing at the rural residential environment do some research, in order to crossing at the rural residential environment construction development play a positive role.This thesis is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, illustrates the selected topic background and significance of topics, research status at home and abroad in the field were reviewed, describes the research contents and research methods of this paper. The second part of rural living environment related concept is defined, and some related basic theory. The third part is the analysis about the present situation of the rural residential environment renovation of crossing at, which sums up the problems of the rural residential environment of crossing at. The fourth is a crossing at the villagers on rural human settlements environment cognition and intention survey analysis, the fifth part introduces the practical experience of foreign rural living environment and rural living environment governance enlightenment to China. Sixth part based on the above summary of experience to improve the crossing at the rural residential environment are proposed.
