Evaluation On Living Environment Quality Of Urban Fringe Area In Urumqi

First of all, on the basis of Urumqi remote sensing image, with the support of ARCGIS software, this paper uses landscape disorder degree to get the information of entropy, defined the range of city edge area of Urumqi in 2014, and analyzes the residential attributes of urban fringe area. Secondly, we determine the scope of urban fringe area, set up the evaluation index system of edge area living environment quality of Urumqi city from two aspects of subjective and objective. Thinking from the four elements of the safety of the urban fringe area living environment, health, convenience, comfort, we use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight at all levels. Thirdly, according to the evaluation index system, based on the questionnaires to obtain the subjective data and objective data of field observation, we combined the geographic information system, using the edge area of city living environment evaluated the Urumqi city fringe area living environment quality condition respectively from three aspects of objective, subjective and as a whole. Finally, with the construction of high-quality living environment as the goal, proposed the urban fringe area of Urumqi city planning for the construction of residential environment optimization direction and specific measures. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The scope of Urumqi city fringe area has Lucaogou township, Tiechanggou town, Gumudi Town, Anningqu town, Ergong township, Diwopu township, Sishihu township, Sanping farm, 51 farm, Xishanl farm, The 104 regiment, Shuimogou township, Badaowan township, Kaziwan township. The attributes in the edge of the city is living residential type diversity and complexity of residential population, housing condition combination.(2)Living environment quality overall edge area of city of Urumqi is the basic qualification, area and different living type have great influence on it. And the high evaluation areas concentrates in ShuiMoGou area and affordable housing and supporting industrial district. In addition, the edge of the city area of the convenience of living environment more than the health, safety and comfort.(3)Urban fringe area environment optimization direction of Urumqi as follow: it should be optimized according to the different living respectively; We should pay much attention to the planning and design of dwelling area in urban fringe area and the fringe area of city residential planning and design; speed up the construction of infrastructure as transportation, medical, sports entertainment and so on.
