A Comparative Study On The Development Of Industrial Ecology In The Yangtze River Delta Under The Green Background

In the process of economic development, industry is an important force. In the past, people blind pursuit of quantity, but neglected to promote economic growth to pay high price. At present, our country is experiencing a new normal period; on the other hand, resources and environmental problems continue to occur in. Aiming at these problems, the government departments to size up the situation, in the Fifth Plenary Session of the eighth session of the proposed "green" as one of the development of the concept of the five. On the basis of the research background, this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the development of industrial ecology in Jiangsu Province Based on the comparison of the industrial ecological level in the Yangtze River Delta region.First of all, this thesis describes the cleaner production, circular economy,sustainable development,Green development and industrial ecology theory, as the theoretical support; secondly, the construction of regional industrial ecology level evaluation index system, using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) make an empirical study on the Yangtze River Delta region, analyzes the 2010-2014 Yangtze River Delta Industrial ecological development level. Finally, on the basis of empirical research proposed in the inferior position of Jiangsu Province eco industrial development countermeasure, to complement in the Yangtze Delta region of this "short board", and strive to improve the Delta region as a whole industrial ecology level, become the first eco industrial development zone.Research results show that since the "Twelfth Five Year Plan", Shanghai, Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province Industrial Ecology level although appear one after another, but overall, Shanghai ranked in the first, Zhejiang Province and Jiangsu Province at the end of the state. According to the results of the comparison, this article attempts from the macro layer, the industry layer, micro enterprises and residents to put forward some suggestions for ecological industry in order to improve the overall level of the Yangtze River Delta region.
