This thesis is a case study with strong operability. The author combines the development status of China Mobile communication industry and the overall development trend of wireless communication field, and expounds the necessity of the optimization of enterprise organizational structure transformation in a certain period of enterprise development. In the face of fierce market competition and constant renewal of the technological revolution, how to survive and develop in the changing environment, has become an important issue for each enterprise.
