In recent years, with the development of Chinese economy, there are poisonous and harmful production operation especially in the industrial and mining enterprises that increase more quickly than before, it also happened in the metal smelting enterprises.In other hand, because our country is still stayed in the preliminary stage in terms of prevention and control of occupational hazards, and there are not enough occupational hazard risk assessment to deal with this problem.In terms of evaluation of occupational hazards of metallurgical industry,it is different to compared with chemical, the evaluation methods of petroleum enterprises have already be accepted widely. Therefore, a scientific and reliable evaluation method is necessary to be made through the government,and achieve the point of industry related occupational health supervision and metal smelting enterprises safety management personnel needs. To control the occupational hazards and ensure employees’ health,sustainable development of the enterprises is great significance.In this paper, through the collecting and analyzing the literature about occupational hazards assessment and the present situation of the assessment on the metallurgical industry. In order to improve the domestic occupational hazard risk assessment method of the single, rigid phenomenon, let the occupational hazards risk assessment work level get improved,that comparing different methods of risk assessment and trying to find a method which can be widely accepted. Then by comparing the different literature and expert opinion, the index system of occupational hazard factors were determined. On the based of the analytic hierarchy process,which(AHP) is used to analyze occupational hazard factors and weights of the risk in combination with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to realize the occupational hazards risk assessment is simple and practical.To evaluate rizhao new recycled aluminum factory and confirm the effect of the occupational hazards evaluation of it...
