Supply chain management concept in the field of agricultural production has been widely used, and has become an important way to promote the development of agricultural industrialization, not only to improve the degree of organization of agricultural production, but also effectively ensure the quality of agricultural products. However, in front of the traditional agricultural production of small farmers due to the small scale of production, the degree of specialization is not high, restricting the popularity of in-depth supply chain management. Emergence of new family farms and other agricultural production in the body for varying the dilemma provides a possible opportunity. Family farms have large-scale, professional production characteristics, will help promote the industrialization of agriculture development, contribute to the establishment of agricultural production, supply and marketing cooperative vertical integration. However, the late development of family farms, currently still in the exploratory stage of its development, theory and practitioners need to constantly sum up the successful experience and put into practice application, thus promoting the rapid development of family farms.Based on the above background, this paper from the perspective of supply chain management, to extract the current model of cooperation typical family farm, and the main focus on "family farm company +", "+ family farm cooperative" two typical supply chain organizational model, the first use logic Formal reasoning system analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the two models, from the distribution of benefits, risk sharing, information sharing, standardization of production, supervision and encouragement, learning and innovation to build coordination mechanisms and explain two typical modes of six. Then the two organizational models and supply chain coordination mechanism supported by the case will be described below, to facilitate the combination of theory and practice. On this basis, then two typical supply chain organization model applicable scenarios, coordination mechanisms, the development direction of comparative analysis; and the use of survey data, the choice of supply chain cooperation model factors affecting family farms empirical analysis, so as to select a specific family farm partnership to provide concrete decisions. Finally, the implementation of the family farm production, supply and marketing cooperative external security conditions were analyzed, and further that "family farm + Internet" a new mode of cooperation. The results of this study enriched and expanded the previous scholars mainly focus on the research on the industrial cooperation model of the traditional farmer, compared to the traditional small peasant household, family farms and company cooperation is conducive to the implementation of the management of the whole industry chain, to join cooperatives can reduce the heterogeneity of cooperatives; to study supply chain coordination mechanism provides a for reference of the theoretical framework, and clarify the relationship between family farm in supply chain coordination between various mechanisms, the distribution of benefits and risk bearing mechanism is core of the family farm supply chain coordination; In theory, the theory of agricultural industry organization model is refined, which is helpful to the establishment and implementation of the policy of agricultural industrialization. It has been found that the risk preference is the mode of supply chain are the main factors affecting the family farm, production scale, business types, funding sources characteristics are also different degree of affect the choice of family farm supply chain organization mode.
