About 90 percent of China's agricultural products export enterprises are imposed by environment trade barrier abroad, causing huge losses every year. How to break through the environment trade barriers in developed countries to China's restrictions on exports of agricultural products is an urgent need to solve the current problems. As a major agricultural province of Yunnan Province, and is equally faced with increasingly stringent green barriers. Therefore, it is necessary to research in-depth environment trade barrier imposing on Yunnan Province's agricultural exports on the current context of new trade protectionism. The research methods in this paper are integrating the normative and empirical analysis, theory and practice approach. The article use econometric software to have empirical analysis to Yunnan province's exports of agricultural products encountering environment barriers and to have qualitative analysis to export situation of unique agricultural products and existing problems.Through research, we find the environment trade barrier did impose Yunnan Province's agricultural exports. On the other hand, from the regress result, we find that GDP per capita changes importing countries and the bilateral trade volume was a negative correlation, this result are different with the conclusions of previous studies.
