As an important part of the local economy, the small and micro enterprise has a large quantity, small size, wide range of industries, etc. The small and micro industrial enterprises are one of the important part of the small and micro enterprise groups. Small and micro industrial enterprises play a supporting role to industrial economy of Yibin city, and provide a wide range of employment plantform and job opportunities, effective guarantee the people’s income, promote the harmonious development of society. Small and micro industrial enterprises have a great effect to adjust the economic structure, and accelerate the conversion of industrial structure optimization, and transforming the pattern of economic growth efficiently.The development environment of small industrial enterprises, however, is not optimistic. There are lots difficult in entrepreneurial, and to maintain the long-term development of the enterprise more difficult, further expand enterprise scale is harder. With the macro environment changes, and now the market volatility intensifies, small and micro enterprises due to their small size, backward management system, financing difficulties and a series of factors, it is easy to be eliminated in the market competition. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of Yibin’s small and micro industries enterprises from the number, scale, development environment, etc., so as to demonstrate the role of small and micro industries enterprises in the local economy and social development, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the development environment. This paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter 1 is the introduction. This chapter gives a brief introduction of this article selected topic background, the selected topic significance and core concepts, and summarized the related literature, this paper expounds the research methods and research framework.Chapter 2 is theory reviewed of environment for the development of enterprise. First, this chapter gave a brief overview of enterprise environment theory, and then analyzed the small and micro enterprise development environment, and comparative analyzed of the small and micro enterprises and large enterprise development environment.Chapter 3 is the questionnaire survey. Based on the survey of small and micro industrial enterprises in Yibin city, this chapter gives out a preliminary judgment of its looking forward actual problems and development expectation.Chapter 4 is the problem and reason analysis. Based on the questionnaire survey results, combined with the current common problems of small micro enterprise development environment, this chapter analyzes the problems small micro industrial development environment of Yibin city, laid a solid foundation of researching and solving the problems of small and micro industrial enterprises.Chapter 5 is the countermeasures and Suggestions. By reference to promote the development of small micro enterprise of international experience, this article thinking of how to improve the development environment of small and industrial enterprises of Yibin city, and puts forward a series of countermeasures and Suggestions.
