The Research On The Current Situation And Promotion Strategy Of Small And Micro Enterprises From The Perspective Of Capital Theory

Small and micro enterprises development of enterprises promote local economic development and it promotes the overall improvement of the national economy on one hand,on the other hand,small and micro enterprises demand for labor also solve the employment problem of the local unemployed people and the re-employment problem of unemployment of the people,to assist the government made great the contribution to the society.With the new concept of national public entrepreneurship,more and more scholars on small and micro enterprises were studied in these areas,the most prominent is the development of small and micro enterprises.At present,more and more small and micro enterprises development in the bud and adorable,but faced to the highly competitive`s the market economy,small and micro enterprises will encounter many difficulties in the course of enterprises,so the inventory rate is very low.Therefore,it has great significance that to explore the problem of small and micro enterprises through the current situation of small and micro enterprises.In this study,qualitative research methods were used to conduct in-depth interviews and field surveys of ten small and micro enterprises in the town of X,Tangshan City.Through the analysis of the development status of the production of small and micro enterprises,and find the existing problems in the process of entrepreneurship such as start-up financing ability,the poor cultural and social capital,members of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial team learning ability is not strong and so on.Based on the presentation of the problem,the author puts forward some suggestions on the development of the production of small and micro entrepreneurs,first of all,enhancing the comprehensive strength of small and micro enterprises by increasing venture capital;secondly,the government could set up capital venture,increase policy support,encourage local enterprises driven by small and micro enterprises joint development,eliminate unhealthy competition etc..Small and micro enterprises is not only an important part of China's national economy,but also the driving force for national economic development,especially in the case of increasing employment,small and micro enterprise development can ease the social employment pressure,promoting social stability and healthy development,so learning the current of small and micro enterprises and finding the problem of small and micro enterprises and give the promotion strategy of it are very important and urgent.
