Under this background, this article focus on the industrial structure adjustment and new urbanization, to study its impact on regional economic development, this will have a very important significance.This paper takes an example of the Luojiang county, Deyang city. Using the field survey, statistics and other methods to discuss the current situation of the Luojiang County, which including industrial structure adjustment and existing problems. Besides, providing measures on how to solve the problem. Under the background of the urbanization adjustment, the research shows that the Luojiang County’s first industrial development is relatively backward, the second industrial proportion is too large, the third industrial development lag, etc. To solve these problems, on the basis of deep research in the field, the paper puts forward measures and schemes.
