Large State-Owned Enterprises In Small Manufacturing Project Quality Control Present Situation An Countermeasure Research

In this paper, based on the comparisons of the manufacturing mode made between the medium-size or small-size products and the large size products, the mingled manufacturing mode of small quantities and large quantities for medium-size or small-size products of various categories in DFSTW (Dongfang Steam Turbine Works) is introduced. At the same time, the current state of quality management and quality control for medium-size or small-size products is analysized. In addition, the corresponding theories and researches are summarized. Then, a quality control method, which is adapted to the mingled manufacturing mode of small quantities and large quantities for products of various categories, is put forward based on lean manufacturing principles. Finally, this paper, to take the primary and exquisite project-Anyuan project in DFSTW for an example, focuses on the main factors and important steps which can influence the quality. The quality management is carried out according to ISO9000 specification. In combination with the main steps such as quality goal, quality arrangement, quality assurance and quality control, the quality management and control process of the relating project are analyzed systematically and the control ability of process is intensified through the quantized method in detail. Once some problems occur, they can be solved in time and the quality of process can be controlled effectively. Thus, the quality of exquisite project can be ensured eventually. In the end, the study results are summarized in whole and some weak points of this paper are pointed out.
