Research On The Present Situation, Problems And Counter Measures Of Rural Highway In Leiyang

The issue of rural development has always been an important issue in China’s economic and social development, increase investment in rural infrastructure has become an important measure of the government at all levels, while the rural highway is an important part of the rural infrastructure.The rural road network is an important part of the national highway network, is the link between urban and rural areas, is an important channel of rural and township, city traffic, rural highway network complete to the quality of life and work efficiency of rural residents increased effectively, which can promote the development of rural society and harmonious coexistence.Therefore, the healthy development of rural highway are of great significance to promote the rural economy, to balance urban and rural development, improve the national highway network. The rural highway construction in Leiyang city as the research object, the city of Leiyang rural highway construction present situation, the existence question and the reason is analyzed in detail, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rural highway construction in Leiyang city.This article altogether four parts. The first part is the introduction, describes the background and significance of the research, the domestic and foreign research about rural highway are summarized, and put forward the research ideas and methods; the second part of the city of Leiyang rural highway construction situation is analyzed in detail from five aspects:the basic situation, the road structure, maintenance management, construction funds and the economy the third part puts forward the existing benefits; the rural highway construction in Leiyang City, and has carried on the analysis; the fourth part the present situation and problems in the rural highway construction in Leiyang City, put forward to promote the healthy development of the highway countermeasures and suggestions.This study shows that the rural highway in Leiyang since 2008, has made the development of better, mileage and highway has grown greatly and improve the coordinated development of social economy in rural areas, improve the economic income of farmers, improve the living standards of farmers, to improve the government image has had a positive impact, but in the development there are still some problems in the management and maintenance mechanism is not perfect, the subsequent maintenance of rural roads, rural roads predicament of low efficiency, transport level is not high, land resources, environmental pollution and serious rural highway traffic safety problems, to make the healthy and sustainable development of Leiyang rural highway, governments at all levels and relevant departments should strengthen the construction of rural roads, from the open improving the maintenance mode, the new quality management, improve the level of rural highway operation relies on the innovation of rural highway transportation, and actively explore the development strategy of rural roads, provide good service for the vast rural areas.
