After the rapiddevelopment of the "Eleventh Five-Year" period, the total amount of China’srising rural roads, structure optimization, management continuously strengthenedsignificantly enhance service capabilities, played an important supporting role inrural economic and social development. However, the development of anybusiness are inseparable from the support fund.In this study, construction and maintenance of rural roads in Jiangxi Provinceas the research object, through the construction and maintenance of rural roads inJiangxi financing research to find out the current status of the funding modelJiangxi problems of rural roads and foreign cash funding model introduced in thisJiangxi proposed to improve the financing of rural road construction andmaintenance on the basis of management’s recommendations. This paper proposesto establish a diversified funding mechanism, the provincial government shoulduse financial markets to finance the establishment of a dedicated rural roadconstruction lending banks, the use of bonds financing the establishment ofhighway construction and maintenance funds. Also, the establishment of countygovernment for highway construction and maintenance of the investmentmechanism, strengthening local government for rural road construction andmaintenance of financial support. Finally, to establish a market-oriented rural roadmaintenance funding channels, in-depth development of road resources.
