The implementation of the strategy is to implement the strategic plan of action. How to ensure the implementation of the strategy is effective, many enterprises are facing the problem of management.The implementation of strategy needs to match the organizational structure, corporate culture, strategic leadership, resource allocation and internal control mechanism. Based on the analysis of the strategy of S airlines, this paper studies the main factors that influence the implementation of the strategy of S airlines. First, this paper analysis the S airline of strategy implementation present situation, these are many problems in the aspect of strategic implementation, including, leadership, organizational structure, corporate culture, resource allocation, functional strategy, internal control mechanism. Secondly, in view of the problems existing in the implementation of the strategy, This paper puts forward many suggestions for improvement, including, 1)To improve the adaptability of organizational structure, S airlines should improve the strategic management, security management organization structure, and promote transition of organizational structure; 2)To improve employee service consciousness and innovation consciousness, it should cultivate innovative enterprise culture; 3)In order to achieve the purpose of enhancing the strategic leadership, S airlines establishes a leadership quality model; 4)It should match the human resources,the fleet of aircraft and other strategic resources; 5)S airlines should determine the functional strategy. Finally, the support conditions are discussed in the paper.This paper is not limited to the theoretical knowledge, which diagnoses and analyzes the problems strategy of S airlines from a practical point of view. And the optimization scheme of strategic implementation will be conducive to the strategic implementation of S airlines. This paper puts forward the improvement measures for the implementation of the strategy, and hopes to provide some experience for other enterprises.
