| With China Eastern Airlines (CEA) as research object, based upon the analysis of airlines'bases function influencing on airlines'competitive strategy and operation development, this thesis analyzed CEA's existing issues about bases location and development, further raised the point that CEA's domestic bases optimal selection. This thesis also evaluated CEA's current routes with reliable method and model, then concluded the implementary solution on advantage resource utilization. |
