With the opening up of China’s market, foreign banks have been in the market,and the competition among banks is fierce. In the fierce market competition,commercial banks must provide customers with efficient service. This requires commercial banks to develop, maintain and explore the core task of improving the competitiveness of banks, and ensure the sustainable development of banks. At present, most of the commercial banks in China are actively using modern management and marketing theory to establish a stable customer relationship, and constantly seek high quality customers. The development of foreign banks also shows that the banking institutions to get considerable development and the establishment of a competitive advantage, it is necessary to establish a stable relationship with customers, to customers as the center of gravity. Because the product and business model of the bank is easy to be imitated by other competitors, but the customer relationship is difficult to copy, the stable customer relationship can make the commercial banks obtain the competitive advantage over a long period of time, it can be said that the establishment and implementation of customer relationship management is the fundamental and trend of the development of the bank. In this paper, the SD behavior of Agricultural Bank, the use of customer relationship management theory, analysis of the existing problems in the process of customer relationship management and the cause of the problem, put forward measures to solve these problems and safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of customer relationship management model, hoping to provide advice and reference for the SD branch of customer relationship management model.
