The Research Of LY’s Logistics Industry Strategy Based On The Rich Farmers

The logistics industry is closely related with development of economics, social and cultural, covers the commerce, transportation, storage, postal services, including industries involving all aspects of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, connected to the production, life, exchange, distribution of various levels. Gradually with the reform and open policy, our country’s logistics industry is developing rapidly. The logistics industry is closely connected with agriculture, rural and farmers, the farmers take an important role in the development of logistics industry, the rich peasant becomes the main force of driving the development of logistics industry. Our country is a big agricultural country, peasants accounted for more than 50%, with the increase of farmers’ income, structure takes great strides, from the simple survivability consumption to developmental, demands for strongly requirement for goods. Along with the increase of agricultural productivity, sales of agricultural and sideline products have a broad space, in needs of logistics distribution. In recent years, the development of e-commerce has given rise to the development of the rural e e-commerce, also led to the growth of the logistics industry. Just recently, the theoretical circle and academic begins research in this area.In this paper, on the basis of literature review, takes LY logistics for an example,analyzes the current situation of LY logistics, studies the relationship between the farmers rich and logistics industry development, provides a reference basis for poverty alleviation.In this paper, selected indicators associated with the development of logistics industry, such as domestic cars, living area, education, entertainment, computer, food consumption,household air conditioner, etc., through test, a series of indicators to food consumption indicates that rich farmers will promote the development of logistics industry, the development of the logistics industry also correspondingly, and so did the farmers rich. On the one hand, rich farmers increased the purchasing power, expedites the logistics follow up service, also expanding the scale of logistics. On the other hand, the development of logistics industry accelerates the circulation of agricultural and sideline products, will lead the farmers’ income.On the premise of theoretical research, based on successful experience of LY’s enterprises, the author put forward the strategy of the logistics industry development: First,referring the development model of SCM, developing the circulation of agricultural products and agricultural materials distribution, widely available through the network information service. Second,Relying on the development of local agricultural products transportation, develops cold chain logistics and international logistics, and develops to the international high-end logistics.Third, carrying out industrial transformation, developing logistics firstly, as rich farmers, do not content with the status quo, through hard work,becomes rich, then develops industry. Forth, fitting the national development strategy positively, fitting the local economic development strategy and the plan of logistics industry, relying on own advantages, expand the development space, realize the healthy development. Last, implementing e-commerce. Constructing market platform, boosts the transformation and upgrading of traditional market, creates an advantage brand, promoting the development of electronic commerce.Through studying LY’s logistics industry development in the rich farmers perspective,providing reference for LY’s logistics industry under the new situation, better guide LY’s logistics industry.
