The Research About Enterprise Capital Management Efficiency

Private enterprises play more and more important role in national economy, but the financing problem has plagued the development of private enterprises. Since 2007, the world of long-term economic downturn, the economy of China was affected by the external environment, so the economic declined significantly. The downturn environment, private enterprise financing difficult problem is more prominent, reasonable arrangements for funding and operation of private enterprises become the core operation. For private enterprises, capital management as the core of financial management, procurement, production,circulation, marketing and other aspects of it throughout the enterprise, the enterprise can reflect the overall effect and synergetic pattern, efficiency effect and enterprise capital management are inseparable. Fund management companies have a variety of models, the different operating environment system; enterprise should according to the different situation to select the most suitable for their own funds management models, So as to make the enterprise capital management to achieve the target of balanced and efficient. The author tries to group DS where the company through this period of time the funds operation reform of market economic downturn should be how to improve the efficiency of capital operation, in order to put forward effective suggestions for trade and industry capital operation.The first chapter is the introduction,firstly, pointing out the research background and significance, and puts forward the research problems; then a summary of the relevant research literature at home and abroad; finally put forward the contents and methods of research, innovation.The second chapter is the definition of related concepts, elaborates on the fund management and its related concepts, focuses on the capital management mode for comparative analysis, the fund management is important for enterprises.The third chapter and the fourth chapter is the main part of this paper,through the analysis of the present situation of the capital management of B company, finding out the enterprise at present capital management in the existing and potential problems. Through the analysis of these issues, to the efficiency of capital as the guide, to make the necessary improvements to the enterprise funds management system.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the effect of model reconstruction, tracking and evaluation of target during the first half of the implementation of reconstruction funds management mode, and to evaluate the effect.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect part, first is the conclusions of this study are summarized, and pointed out the future direction for further research.
