In the context of deepening structural reforms on the supply side,focusing on and overcoming the shortcomings in the area of infrastructure has become a driving force for promoting coordinated development between urban and rural areas and regions and improving people's livelihood.In February 2019,18 departments,including the State Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce,jointly issued the Action Plan for Enhancing the Quality of Public Services in the Social Field and Promoting the Formation of a Strong Domestic Market.It proposed 27 actions to promote the balanced development of compulsory education,improve the basic old-age service system,and accelerate the development of wisdom,broadcasting,and television.The programme states that local governments are encouraged to comply with the law,including through government and social capital cooperation,to attract more social forces to participate in construction,operations and services.We will increase financial support and comprehensively use bonds,insurance,credit and industrial investment funds to support the financing of public service projects in the area of social infrastructure.However,in the face of good policy support,steady expansion of demand,supply follow-up and other circumstances,the construction of the construction enterprises own long construction cycle,high asset-liability ratio characteristics are increasingly prominent,which has become the construction industry led by the sustained economic growth and transformation of the stumbling block.Engineering construction enterprises gradually realize that the management of working capital of enterprises needs to be strategically and systematized.This paper will analyze the management of working capital of engineering construction enterprises,put forward specific issues,put forward reasonable suggestions in targeted terms,and then arrange the future development of the company from a systematic perspective.It has the characteristics of integrity and strategy.This paper selects the data of S Road Bridge Engineering Co.Ltd.and makes a comprehensive study of the operating capital management of S Road Bridge Engineering Co.Ltd..Firstly,it expounds the theoretical basis of working capital management and lays the tone for the subsequent case analysis.Then S Luqiao Engineering Co.Ltd.to analyze the management of working capital,looking for current assets,current liability problems and the reasons for the formation of projects.Finally,through the three dimensions of working capital internal control,comprehensive budget system and professional skill level of financial manager,this paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems existing in the working capital management of S Luqiao Engineering Co.,Ltd.in order to guarantee the safety of working capital and improve the management efficiency of the company.Working capital,as the vitality of the normal operation of the enterprise,the management of working capital has become more and more important,but the construction industry with slower liquidity has not paid enough attention to it.Therefore,this paper hopes to attract the attention of S Luqiao Engineering Co.Ltd.and similar enterprises in the industry to the management of working capital,and provide operational methods and suggestions for it.
