Registration of TH was finished in 1984, and its retailing started n 1985. His first "department store +supermarket+X" format portfolio model began in the mall its application in 2013 and continue to expand in different areas. This model TH to bring their own development, but also the industry caused great praise. The format planning mode "supermarket+department store +X" has also triggered great concern and favorable reputation in the industry.This paper initially analyzes the development status of China’s retailing industry from the beginning to the middle term, and then till now.A comprehensive contrast is made for the performance of Sino-foreign retailing enterprise in the Chinese market. The application effectiveness of the format mode "department store+supermarket +X" is further analyzed along with the final outlook of the influence of this format mode on the Chinese market in the future.Second, based on TH department stores, the annual report of it from 2010 to 2014 is analyzed in detail. Specific to financial ability index changing situations of various aspects after using the format mode "department store+ supermarket+X", an analysis is conducted. It is found that its major application indexes are multiple abilities, such as the profitability, repaying capability, operational ability and continuous development ability, etc.Second, the comprehensive financial statement analysis and format mode analysis are conducted respectively.A deeper and more rigorous discussion is conducted according to the "supermarket+ department store +X", thus analyzing the proportion of department stores, supermarkets, and X in their reasons. A comprehensive analysis is carried out for the financial status.At last, the industrial horizontal comprehensive comparison is made by using data from the format mode application in TH Department Store. Concluded:"department store+supermarket+X" format Models on Tianhong bring business promotion, especially X flexibility make it in the industry operate more flexible and more effective management, but the pattern also exists if the enterprise Unable to department stores, specialty supermarkets and other formats as parallel sector to operate, we can not control; enterprise itself is not the real estate business, in the investment portfolio of brands to master the ability to be worse disadvantages.Advantages and disadvantages of different aspects are researches, and some development suggestions are made specific to the application effectiveness and defects of the format mode. The experience and methods that can be learnt by Chinese retailing enterprise in terms of the business management are summarized.
