The initial establishment and development of a city is based on the transaction of original commodities, from whose increase derives services, which makes the developing process of a city the basis of services and services the internal requirement of the development of a city. Since the implementation of reform and opening up policy, the urbanization of our country has been developed rapidly, which in turn has played a critical role in promoting economic development. Nowadays, urbanization is going through a high-speed expansion, with services becoming the first pillar industry outdistancing the second. Therefore, it is practically significant to explore the influence urbanization has on services efficiency.At present, the urbanization rate in Shandong province has reached 55%. With the thorough implementation of “Two Areas One Belt” strategy, the urbanization has been growing quickly in this region, while at the same time services fit well with an annually increasing rate and a soaring services efficiency. However, due to the late development, the current urbanization rate and services rate are still in a relatively low level. Thus, taking into consideration the results of existing researches, based on the collection and consolidation of the data, the thesis explores the influence urbanization rate in Shandong province has on services rate with the method of a multidimensional analysis, and brings about suggestions to the problem in accordance with the result.Taking Shandong Province as the research object, to establish the background,significance, finishing a literature review related topics, and presented at the innovation and the insufficiency of the article. Secondly, urbanization and the service industry in Shandong Province Development Status efficiency were analyzed, and the efficiency of the service industry and urbanization there is a significant correlation between urbanization and services to enhance the efficiency of the role of the obvious assumption. Third, the analysis and assume that the status quo combined with Part 2, from theory to study the interaction between urbanization and the service industry and urbanization affect the efficiency of the service sector of the conduction path. Fourth, the service sector is divided into traditional service industries, modern services, public services of three parts, namelyurbanization and correlation and regression analysis based on measured efficiency of performing, from the perspective of empirical verification of the foregoing and assumed theory. Finally, theoretical research and empirical analysis conclusion, put forward suggestions to enhance the understanding of urbanization, improve the quality of urban development, urbanization and handling services at all levels to develop relations as the main view. This paper focuses on the theoretical and empirical analysis part, through the analysis of large data confirmed the interaction between urbanization and the service industry, as well, so that we intuitive understanding of the extent of the impact of urbanization services efficiency. Although the article in Shandong Province as the research object has a strong regional, but now for urbanization and service efficiency research so few, the paper studies the impact of urbanization on the efficiency of the service industry has a certain reference significance.
