Optimization Research On Production Planning Of SNK Company

SNK company is a tin base copper strip products manufacturing enterprises, the company annual output reached 2300 tons and sales income reached300 million yuan. Because SNK company belongs to make to order enterprise and its orders are random, the production plan in SNK company belongs to the most important in the production management of the company. Company production plan needs to be scientific and efficient so that can response customers’ order accurately and rapidly.Currently, SNK company’s production plan exist many problems that predictive accuracy is low, subjectivity, poor coordination, slow to develop and need to repeatedly modify. In recent years, with SNK company rapid development and the rapid growth of order, the company’s production systems and production planning have to be put forward higher requirements. How to improve the master production planning, production planning, there by quickly and efficiently complete the order must become a key issue to be solved by SNK company.This paper, with the author’s internship experience in Standardization Sector of SNK company, sort and analyze the company’s production planning system’s current situation and find out the problems in production planning, developed a new system of production planning and optimization after optimizaed based on production planning knowledge and the theory of constraints and finally analyzed the new optimization results.
