Therefore, when motor manufacture enterprise keeps lower cost, it must consider how to answer the demands of customers in time. Make-to-order brought a resolving way to it. But different enterprise got different effect. TFTM in this article gets a good effect as Japan Toyota getting in Chinese market using make-to-order pattern. So, this article expects to find helpful experience for Chinese motor manufacture enterprises, with researching on TFTM make-to-order production management pattern.The main problem that TFTM make-to-order production management pattern wants to resolve is how to balance the supplying and the requiring under optimal point, and the products are all needed in the customers accepting time. So the core of TFTM make-to-order production management pattern is to satisfy the customers'multiform requirement in time under"zero stock". Following this direction, TFTM exercises Kanban and JIT in production planning and controlling, making its every collaboration plant and working procedure processing needed parts with needed quantity when the next working procedure needs. TFTM makes the production planning according to"exact". The planning outspreads in year-planning, month-planning and day-planning, and adjusts according to market and production. The"exact"is the key that TFTM achieving the balance of supplying and requirement. However, the success of TFTM make-to-order production management pattern also needs some conditions. Japan Toyota production pattern comes into being under its given conditions, and if coping Toyota make-to-order pattern without considering these conditions, it wouldn't achieve preconcerted goal and even make serious loss. In the research, we find total quality control, information sharing and strategically cooperative relationship between the enterprise and its suppliers are necessary ensure that TFTM actualizes make-to-order production management pattern successfully.
