The Basic Ideas Of Building Carbon Audit Evaluation System

Recently,people pay more and more attention to environment,so people call on conserving energy and reducing emissions. Now people don’t only show solicitude for treating fouling.More greenhouse gases lead to climate warming in the global and the survival of mankind has been threaten.Now people pay more attention to greenhouse gase,especially we pay more attention to Carbon.So we need strengthen to check and manage about Carbon. Carbon audit can make sure authenticity about information about Carbon.Carbon dioxide in the greenhouse gases has enormous influence on environment,so it is necessary to audit carbon emission.Now many countries devote themselves to researching carbon audit,but carbon audit isn’t mature as conventional auditing. Many problems lead to the situation such as immature technology and law. At present our country mainly researches problems in the carbon audit.We can’t get substantively achievement about how to structure countermeasures for improvement.We even can’t build the structure of evaluation system.Firstly, the article discuss the context and significance about researching and exploring the importance of evaluation system of carbon auditing. The article looks carefully at documents at home and abroad, we present and summarize related documents.We systematically analysis evaluation system of carbon auditing in our country in present.Then, we distinguish conceptions related evaluation system of carbon audit after researching related theories that can guide our article. We can be guided by these theories.Lastly, we state how to structure evaluation system of carbon audit and we come to a conclusion.When we structure evaluation system of carbon auditing,we use the way of AHP.We divide evaluation system into three layers such as economic layer,efficiency layer and effect layer.We gather all indexes include quantitative indexes and qualitative indexes.We disposal of data by Matlab and get weight after it is tested.We give an example as Datang to evaluate carbon emission in the business after we deal with data.In addition,We select Huaneng as standard.Our main goals are giving proposals and forecast about evaluation system of carbon audit.The innovation of this paper lies in: Firstly, the article builds a set of carbon audit evaluation system.Carbon audit is divided into three layers by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to build the evaluation index system of enterprise.Then,thearticle fully considers the appropriateness of indicators in the selection of indicators.The effects of corporate carbon emissions indicators stratified from three aspects include economy, efficiency and effectiveness.
