In the impact of the change of modern Internet and the enterprises to adapt to the transformation of the development of the industry, in the condition of sales staff have been the main force status of the traditional industry, enterprises need to change as need, to enhance their core competitiveness in the talent competition. In the transformation of the enterprise, organization needs to cope with the market reaction, by the traditional mode of transition to a platform, the organization in the original post system has been subverted, and the staff career development based on the original post system also has been changed. Therefore, in the new era, how to make the enterprise’s career development system fully mobilize the subjective initiative of the sales staff, how to integrate the training, performance, compensation incentive of human resources,will impact the traditional enterprise’s long-term development significant in the future.In this paper, the research object of H company, is a large household electrical appliance enterprises in the local branch. The H company mainly responsible for the sales, marketing and business operations of H group’s products in the local market. H company staff is typical of the sales staff, the company has ignored the staff career development system innovation and improvement for a long time. As a result the general staff moved frequent, senior staff were lack of reserve of talents, and the performance grew slowly.Therefore, this paper analyzes the characteristics of sales staff, to base on the classic career development theory and leadership theory, took example by the investigation report of the world-renowned consulting firm, combined with the question of H company’s employee career advancement and leadership, proposed the principle, improvement direction and measures, which the design of the career development for the H company sales staff should follow. All these method were in order to arouse employees’vitality and perfecting talent echelon, enhance the overall competitiveness of H company.In this paper, the related research results based on the theory of occupation career, analysis and optimization of H company’s occupation career development system, provides solutions and schemes which can be used for these kind of enterprises and talents. The construction of design thinking, rule oriented, frame structure on the occupation career development system can also provide experience and reference method for other types of enterprises.Optimization of career development system is not a single separate projects, The optimized system should not be static, it need to change and innovate continually in the practice process of enterprise’s development,then it can adapt to the changing market environment and the company strategy.
