| With the continuous improvement of social economic development in our country, the car ownership stays a rapidly growing tendency. To facilitate the development of electric vehicle(EV) industry can lessen the pollution sources, prevent the air pollution, purify the air quality of the city. meanwhile, it can guard energy safety through adjusting the energy consumerism structure, and help us step towards the automobile country by achieving the industry upgrading from progressing scientific technology. Backgrounded from this situation, it makes a profound sense to study the development strategy of EV and step off the paths of collectivized operation or development of specialization.This thesis analyzes and study by aiming at the domestic leading ev firm GP company. To define the strategy formulation and choices of GP company, the study firstly adopted pest, porter-five force model to analyze its external environment, and then analyze its key internal factors, ending up with a theoretical analyzing through swot model. In the future, it presents a tendency for the EV market, which would be products diversified, channels centralized, customer needs upgrading. Customer integration model (eco-system) is GP company’s strategic objective. There is the diversify customer needs externally, and there is the scale effect internally for the ev industry, however, the key capability differs from the upstream and downstream at the industrial chain (e.g auto supplier, grids). Hence, during the future development, to focus on the scale charging station and adopt the differentiation strategy then build a EV eco-system based on the ev customers. While implementing the strategy, it can guarantee the channel models in practice by building up the standardized service products storage and sales management system. It can transfer to the cross model based on the improvement of the service products storage and the employee training or rotation system. therefore, to reach the transformation of customer integration at last, through integrating internal sources and in a high quality providing the products and service from the comprehensive understanding to the clients.GP company’s explicit operation strategy can help it have a more legible strategy changing direction in the future and a better profiting model.at the same time, it also will set a good example for the peers, in particular, those collectivized firms in ev industry, to learn and to imitate. |
