Research On Development Strategy Of Ha Noi International Logistics

With the trend that international trade is growing constantly and international competition is increasing, the international logistics of coastal cities and border cities in Vietnam have a great chance to develop, but as one of the biggest city, a political, cultural and economic center of the country, Ha Noi has not used its huge advantages well to modernize and is restricted seriously now by inland condition. How to break those problems, let Ha Noi international logistics quickly develop is currently one of the most important economic task of Ha Noi. On the basis of collecting and analyzing a larger number of data and documents, the article separately analyzes the specific situation of international logistics needs, infrastructure, law system, enterprises and talent cultivation etc of Ha Noi. Being in the initial stage of development now, Ha Noi international logistics obtains great changes, improvements and achievements over the past few years, but in the fact Ha Noi international logistics couldn’t keep up with the requirement of the city economy and international trade which is rapidly developing. By using the research method of field research and comparative analysis, the article further points out the problems and their restricting factors of Ha Noi international logistics development. This paper also uses the theory of Supply chain, approaching the lack of connection of the links in the supply chain and the relationship between supply chain and logistics, then exploring the development direction of Ha Noi international logistics under the guidance of this theory. Finally, according to the special case of Ha Noi and combining international experiences, the paper provides some suggestions of reasonable development countermeasures for Ha Noi.Exploring international logistics development is not easy for an inland city because it’s an outgoing industry, but it’s not without hope. As the capital of Vietnam, Ha Noi has a huge potential, so it is necessary that Ha Noi use well the strong points and overcome weak points if it wants to see the way of development with other coastal cities and border cities. That is also the basic idea of this article research, it is expected to make a good contribution to the development of Ha Noi international logistics.
