| Laos is a agricultural country, perfect the Laos rural public products supply problem is one of the keys to promote rural economic development and improve the level of people’s lives. Based on the theory of public product theory analysis framework, this study used questionnaire survey to analyze the Laos rural public products supply problem and cause, and put forward Suggestions to improve the public products supply. The study found that the Laos rural public products supply problem were mainly rural public products supply shortage, urban and rural public products supply imbalance, unclear rural public product supply responsibility, and the high cost of rural public products supply. According to the theory of public products, the cause of the Laos government behavior aspect of rural public products supply problem were government failure in public products supply, the "economic man" of government officials, and the defect of vertical linear administrative agencies; The villagers behavior aspect were the "economic man" of villagers, and the "acquaintance society"; The enterprise behavior aspect were the quasi-public products supply imbalance, rent-seeking corruption, market inefficiency supply of public products supply; The social organization behavior aspect were lack of manpower, and poor social organization and management.This article put forward suggestions to improve the rural public products supply. The government should carry on the public products supply market reform and public products supply decision-making democratization reform, balance the urban and rural public products supply; The villagers should perfect the mechanism of citizen participation, strengthen the construction of rural democracy, improve the rural interests expression mechanism; Enterprises should push forward the rural public product supply outsourcing, prevent and control the rural public product supply rent-seeking corruption, and create new ways of marketization of public products supply; Social organizations should be provided financial support and human resources training, and promote social organization and management ability. |
