In 2010, ASEAN free trade area was established, China and ASEAN cooperation went into a new era. In recent years, the scale of agricultural cooperation between China and Cambodia has become bigger and bigger, and the level of cooperation has gradually deepened. In 2013, China and Cambodia import and export trade volume reached 9277.6 million, an increase of 72.4%, bilateral trade growth rate was significantly higher than the agricultural product trade of China and other ASEAN countries, showed that the potential of the trade between China and Cambodia is great. But on the whole,the agricultural cooperation between China and Cambodia is still relatively small in scale, and the idea of cooperation, cooperation and cooperation mode are required to find a new growth point. Then it introduces in detail the production situation and trend of Cambodia and China, and the types and trade of agricultural products, the specific mode of agricultural cooperation between China and Cambodia, and analyzes and suggests each mode one by one; in the fourth part, the competition and complementarity of the agricultural products has been analyzed in detail with the trade competition index, and it points out the key tradition field and the extended chain field of China and Cambodia. It summarizes every appropriate cooperation model of the cooperation field combined with the cooperation in the three chapter, and forms the main mode that is "import and export of agricultural products trade pattern" and "direct investment" and "agricultural park", and supplemented by "order agriculture", "technical support", "to aid with the construction of and "moderate feedback" mode, comprehensively promotes the development of agriculture cooperation. In the last chapter, according to the above analysis, it advises that both sides should improve the investment environment, personnel training, policy support and other aspects, and fully promote agricultural cooperation between China and Cambodia continued healthy development.It relates to many elements and main bodies of the agricultural cooperation between China and Cambodia, but existing researches on agricultural cooperation between China and Cambodia research are less, part of research are incidentally mentioned in the environment of China-ASEAN, the Mekong River Sub regional cooperation; another part of the study concentrates on a point of the agriculture cooperation between China and Cambodia, such as cooperation in rice, castor, rubber, or with the analysis of the present situation of a mode of the agricultural cooperation between China and Cambodia, such as agricultural products trade status, current situation of direct investment, no system of Cambodia agricultural factors, the present situation, the model, and this paper just to fill the blank. The ideas and framework of the agricultural cooperation between China and Cambodia has certain reference function to the cooperation between China and other ASEAN.
