A Research On The Construction Of The Regional Image Of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone By Media

As one of the important factors influencing regional development, regional image has become a hot topic in academic circles. How to use the media to construct a good regional image and enhance the regional competitiveness, is an important issue in the economic zone of Beibu Gulf. Beibu Gulf all-media platform as the main information window of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, plays an important role in the construction of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. With the aid of the dissemination, journalism theory, this research use content analysis, in-depth interviews and other methods, to explore the all-media platform for the construction of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.This research is divided into four parts:the first part, summarize the related literatures and theoretical research on regional image; the second part, analysis the important theory of regional image, and describe the general situation of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone image; the third part, discuss the role and status of the media in the construction of the Beibu Gulf regional image, and explain the status of the all-media platform in the Beibu Gulf. On the basis of this, analysis the construction of the regional image of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone; the last part, analysis on the construction of the all-media platform in the Beibu Gulf from media and audience level layer, and try to give the media construction strategies to develop the image of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.Conclusion:in the development of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, the all-media platform has made beneficial exploration and attempt to the construction of the regional image of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, and has achieved initial results. However, it should be noted that the construction method of the Beibu Gulf all-media platform remains to be optimized, the construction of the effect also needs to be improved. In the construction of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone regional image, we should give full play to the media’s role and guide the image of the region closer to the true direction, improve visibility and reputation of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone regional image.
