Research On Growth Mode Of Modern Agriculture From The Perspective Of Developmental Government

As a form of agriculture in the history of agricultural development in the latest stage, modern agriculture is a socialized industry which is using the modern management methods and the modern technology. The growth of modern agriculture is defined as the development and expansion of operating and organizing pattern of modern agriculture. Modern agriculture is an important way to promote the reform of traditional agriculture and to achieve the agricultural modernization. Modern agriculture is also the source of water and fundament of wood throughout the country modernization. Developmental government is the leader of country modernization and makes the economic development as a priority target. Developmental government’s leading role performing in the agricultural modernization, is to promote the growth of modern agriculture. Largely, the growth level of modern agriculture depends on the value of developmental government’s promoting power.In the pattern of developmental government implanting the modern agriculture’s growth, this paper aims to research that what kind of mode should the developmental government use to promote the growth of modern agriculture. In studying this issue, this paper will analyze the relationship between the developmental government and the modern agriculture growth by quantitative method. At the same time, this paper will analyze the specific effects which developmental government has on modern agriculture growth. According to the research, this paper will get the conclusion that capital to the countryside is an effective way which developmental government uses to promote the growth of modern agriculture.Capital to the countryside has a series of effects on developing the modern agriculture, such as the increasing returns to scale effects, knowledge spillover effects, social organization effects and so on. Capital tends to have contact with farmers by companies, base, and cooperatives, from the Perspective of capital to the countryside, developmental government should build a diversified mechanism of money supplying, shuould cultivate a high-level system of agricultural talents, should improve infrastructure for service, and should accelerate the agricultural innovation of the science and technology, to promote the growth of modern agriculture.
