Land market is the important carrier of the rural economy development.Configured for resources of socialist market economy, the pursuit of full information, lower transaction costs and high efficiency, land as a production factor, also need to be done by marketization benefit maximization, so agricultural marketization is an inevitable trend in the economic and social development.To guarantee and give farmers contracted management of land for a long time the same policy as the prerequisite, according to the macroscopic characteristics of the market economic system, profound in theory of farmland market present situation and the necessity of agricultural marketization, clear market significance of rural land for rural economic development and land assets income to promote each other, improve overall revenue, land for relevant departments to promote the reform of marketization of agricultural land, land circulation policy provides theory basis.Purpose to agricultural marketization level for the study of this article, combined with the feature of market economy and agricultural land circulation policy, theory analysis about the present situation of Jilin province agricultural marketization, through literature and data collection, analysis the jilin province farmland market scale, the agricultural land marketization mode and the problems of land market.Combined with the existing research results, guided by the "marketization index method" to establish evaluation index system of agricultural land market, using the principal component analysis method to measure agricultural marketization level, to the Jilin province agricultural marketization level made the regional difference of comparative analysis and analyzes the obstacle factors influenced in Jilin agricultural marketization. Theoretical research and empirical research, combining qualitative research and quantitative research。The conclusion of this article is as follows:1.Jilin province agricultural marketization mode is given priority to with subcontract, transfer and lease;Farmland market scale is given priority to with small area of land circulation;Farmland transfer deadline is given priority to with short term.2.Jilin province agricultural marketization level measure results show that due to its evaluation indexes mentor a single index, the greater the amount of information extraction in the whole weight of the index system, the greater the government behavior, the elements of the rural economy, the main body of elements and the main body of the marketization degree of farmland affected by the measures of the marketization level.3.For jilin province agricultural marketization are compared, and the regional difference of space due to the geographical factors, the regional differences in the levels of marketization and the way of farmland conversion, result in jilin province agricultural marketization level reflects the obvious space difference4.The obstacle factors influencing the marketization of the jilin province farmland mainly include: the existing land property right system, farmland market services regulatory system and land market supply and demand factors...
