In order to speed up the construction of comprehensive transport hub in the west and integration, strengthen state-owned enterprise strength, JT company was established in April 2010. JT company for sichuan provincial state-owned backbone enterprise, mainly engaged in roads, ports and waterways and predominantly channel channelized navigation-power junction, for depot and other major transport infrastructure investment and financing, construction and management.JT company in the face of fierce market competition and opportunity for reform of state-owned enterprises, to formulate the correct development strategy, make full use of their own advantages to open up new economic growth point, promote the healthy, stable and sustainable development. Our country is still increasing investment and construction of transport infrastructure, countries also in macroeconomic regulation and control and regulate at the same time, the industry competition is increasingly fierce competition, facing the market, industry and policy such as increasing risk. To consolidate existing JT company lead and promote enterprise health, sustainable development, the paper applied the relevant theories of strategic management knowledge, in combination with the practical situation of enterprises, using internal and external, macro and micro, qualitative and quantitative method, layer upon layer propulsion, contrast and so on analysis of enterprise internal strengths and weaknesses, as well.
