Research Of Project Preparing To Construction On T Gerneral Aviation System Co., Ltd Feasibility And Risk Management

General aviation, an important component of civil aviation, plays a unique and irreplaceable role in our national economic development and public welfare work. China is enjoying a booming aviation industry nowadays, while general aviation manufacturers and relevant operating enterprises are still in their infancy. Based upon the material conditions, this paper studies the feasibility of founding T General Aviation Systems (hereinafter referred to as the Company), evaluates objective risks which may occur in development and operation of the Company, and describes the risk management mechanism.Firstly, this paper makes a top-down analysis on current national and local government policies as well as the benefits of the Company’s development to the regional economy, and suggests that it is a great opportunity to implement planning of the Company. By analyzing aviation manufacturing industry and operation market, the paper also indicates that the T General Aviation Systems project conforms to industrial policies, and has a promising market prospect. In addition, it specifies market positioning of the Company.This paper then studies market feasibility of importing aircrafts by the Company, makes tabular analysis on technical parameters of DA20, DV20 and DA42, and investigates whether the their manufacturing process flows locally suitable. Based upon plant buildings and equipment required for base construction, it proves that the T General Aviation Systems project is technically feasible here in China.According to the analysis on construction costs of the Company along with the resulting economic and social benefits, the project is feasible in this regard.Last but not the least, this paper evaluates potential risks in future operation and management of the Company, proposes accordingly a risk management mechanism, and makes suggestions on its development.
