Research On Micro-cluster Network Of General Aviation Industry

General aviation industry is not only a branch of Civil Aviation,but also national strategic emerging industries.The development of general aviation industry is not only of great significance to enhance the country strength and realize industrial upgrading and adjustment of the industrial chain,but of great contribution to promote regional economic development capacity.Industry cluster development is both inevitable trend of the general aviation industry,but also the inevitable requirement of general aviation industry.General aviation industry with high-tech,high service,high network-dependent,long and complex chain can realize the cluster network development,which has opened up a new research perspective for the industrial cluster research.The dissertation regards the general aviation industry micro-cluster network as the entry point to expand research and analysis on the general aviation industry cluster development,which has a certain theoretical and practical significance.Based on the characteristics of general aviation industry,this dissertation analyzes the status quo of the formation and development of general aviation industry micro-cluster network.Firstly,the dissertation defines the concept of the general aviation industry,industry chain and industrial cluster,and puts forward the concept of micro-cluster network based on cluster network,and studies relevant research of network externality and the performance of network externality,and puts forward the concept of general aviation industry cluster.General aviation industry cluster is a phenomenon which regards the large aircraft manufacturing enterprises as the core,a group of aviation manufacturing and related behavior subject——manufacturing enterprises,supporting enterprises and related institutions(including the occupation training institutions,universities and research institutions,etc.)in a specific geographical agglomeration.General aviation industry micro cluster network is the general aviation industry relationship network which is based on the general aviation industry chain relationship as a link and small-micro clusters composed of stakeholders in a few industry chain as network nodes.Based on the operating characteristics of general aviation industry,the smallest cluster only contains aircraft operator and airport operator two enterprises,large scale clusters generally includes general aviation operators,oil enterprises,airport operators provide travel services,enterprises and other production and service enterprises,the total size of cluster not more than eight.Based on above,the dissertation defines that general aviation industry micro cluster network is a kind of cluster network which is composed of small and micro clusters as network nodes of the total scale in 2-8 enterprises.Secondly,the dissertation studies the domestic and foreign research results about industrial cluster,general aviation industry cluster,cluster network and cluster network evolution from the perspectives of theory of competitive advantage,the national strategy theory,new economic geography theory and external economy theory,and then summarizes related literature about the network structure and the evolvement of industrial cluster,and sums up the network characteristics of industrial clusters;but at the same time,it is found that the theoretical results of the general aviation industry cluster research are few,and the research on the general aviation industry cluster network based on the above three points is even less.Thirdly,on the basis of the above concepts definition and theoretical review,the formation cause,mechanism and path of the micro-cluster network of China’s general aviation industry are analyzed.This dissertation suggests that the formation of the micro-cluster network of China’s general aviation industry is mainly due to three aspects: the adjustment of the industrial value chain,the improvement of the network foundation,and the national strategic and economic demand.In addition,this article from the perspective of the internal competition mechanism,agglomeration and diffusion mechanism,the external mechanism analyzes the formation and mechanism of general aviation industry,micro cluster network.The micro cluster network internal competition and cooperation mechanism is the important condition of general aviation industry micro cluster network evolution forward,gathering and diffusion force is the main force of general aviation industry micro-cluster network and promote its evolution,the external characteristics of the general aviation industry cluster network is one of the driving factors of the whole micro cluster network.Then,this dissertation summarizes two formation path of the general aviation industry micro-cluster network which includes government driven path and market driven path,analyzing and comparing this two kinds of formation path.Fourthly,based on the influence factors of the Weber’s industrial location classification method,the influence factors of general aviation industry micro-cluster network formation is divided into agglomeration factors and location factors.Based on this,combined with the general aviation industry cluster network characteristics to exploratory research,the dissertation puts forward germination factors and enrichment factors,and makes 10 theoretical hypotheses to verify.Through the descriptive statistical analysis and exploratory factor analysis of expert questionnaire,the dissertation puts some complex variables into a small number of comprehensive factors,so as to build a model of the influence factors of the general aviation industry cluster network.Fifthly,the dissertation probes into micro-cluster network operation of the network from the network structure mode,operation mode,network effect,and the characteristics of the external characteristics of general aviation industry cluster network.Cluster network is not a single network relationship,but a complex network which is composed of different network subject and network relation.According to the function of the external characteristics,the network structure of general aviation industry is divided into three levels: A value network to form a single cluster;two,interactive network cluster formation;three,social network between core network in the first layer and the second layer value network based network interaction and the external environment(including system environment and industrial environment),and expounds the interactive relationship between the three levels of the micro cluster network.Three basic operation modes of general aviation industry cluster network are summarized,namely: R&D manufacturing industry cluster,flight operation service industry cluster,the whole industry chain cluster.Then,this dissertation analyzes the network effect of micro-cluster network of general aviation industry from two aspects: the endogenous driving effect and the external economic effect.In addition,based on the externality theory,combined with characteristics of general aviation micro-cluster network,the dissertation divides into cluster external relations,cluster network interaction and the industry value chain control external,and an econometric analysis method is established to test the effectiveness of the external characteristics by constructing the panel data model.Sixthly,the endogenous evolution path and exogenous development path of China’s general aviation industry cluster network are analyzed,and exploring the influence factors.From the perspective of the whole and the branch,this section analyzes the effects relationship of the path selection of the micro-cluster network on the whole network.Research on the evolution path of the general aviation industry micro-cluster network from two aspects: the evolution of network structure and the evolution of network relationship.Research on the exogenous development path of the general aviation industry micro-cluster network from the exploration path and the resource constrained development path,the dissertation establishes the hypothesis model and applies structural equation model to test hypotheses.Seventhly,this dissertation summarizes the development status of China’s general aviation industry micro-cluster network,and puts forward suggestions on the construction of China’s general aviation industry cluster network.The specific measures included: first,increase government guidance,integrate air assisted cluster resources,improve the industrial chain,to create clusters of social atmosphere;improve the function of industrial chain,strengthen enterprise cluster,expand the value chain;the three is to speed up the general aviation airport and airport construction,improve infrastructure network establishment.On the basis of deep research on the social network,industrial cluster theory and the related relationship,this dissertation expands and deepens the relevant theory,and puts forward the following innovative points:(1)The general aviation industry as the research object,combined with social network and industrial clusters theory,this dissertation elaborates the concept of general aviation industry cluster micro network,and studies the general aviation industry micro-cluster network formation and operation,promoting the theoretical research of general aviation industry cluster theory.(2)The structure model of general aviation industry micro-cluster network is established from the perspective of externality theory,which promotes the integration development of the externality theory and the cluster network theory.(3)A model of factors affecting the network effect of general aviation industry micro-cluster network is constructed.The selection mechanism of the development path of micro-cluster network is excavated from the perspective of the whole and segment.This dissertation deepens the theoretical development of the general aviation industry in the field of micro-cluster network in practice and enriches the research context of the relevant theories.
